The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
Although ArgoAdu has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user, and ArgoAdu cannot guarantee that the user’s monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. ArgoAdu is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES AND SERVICES
To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which ArgoAdu does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us, therefore, to better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
We use the information you provide about yourself or someone else (gift recipients, etc.) when placing an order only to complete, ship and confirm delivery of the order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
You may register with our Site if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. The information you submit on our Site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of such information.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

RETURNS
Each Gbekembe dress is unique. Variations in the print on the fabric and design are intrinsic to the production process. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it and we will provide an exchange, replacement or refund according to the following terms:
• Items must be returned within 10 days from date of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags, unworn and unused. If received otherwise, items will not be accepted for replacement, exchange or refund.
• You are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge. In case of exchanges, additional charges may apply.

If you have a return, contact us at orders@gbekembe.com indicating your order number and reason for return. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.
Place the items you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope. You must include a copy of the original invoice.
If applicable, indicate the style, color, print, and size of your desired replacement item(s).
You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. ArgoAdu is not responsible for lost shipments.

The laws of the State of New York govern these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions. We recognize that it is possible for you to obtain access to this Site from any jurisdiction in the world, but we have no practical ability to prevent such access. This Site has been designed to comply with the laws of the State of New York and of the United States. If any material on this Site, or your use of the Site, is contrary to the laws of the place where you are when you access it, the Site is not intended for you, and we ask you not to use the Site. You are responsible for informing yourself of the laws of your jurisdiction and complying with them. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of New York.

TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or ArgoAdu. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. ArgoAdu also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in ArgoAdu’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or ArgoAdu, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
